Officials Continue to Urge Careful Driving in Construction Zones

In light of this recent event, officials are continuing to encourage motorists to be careful while navigating through a construction zone, especially since the final weeks of the construction season are expected to be busy and hectic.

Thankfully, the accident mentioned allegedly did not result in any serious injuries to the driver of either vehicle involved, but served as an important reminder of using extra caution in work zones. Often in construction zones, there is an increased amount of traffic as well as other activity going on. These additional considerations call for drivers to use extra attention and care in safely navigating through the work area.
