Two Fatal Car Accidents in Illinois

A 53-year old Park Ridge man was found dead as a victim of a hit-and-run driver in Cook County. A 64-year-old woman also died when a reckless driver hit her with a car. As a result of a hit-and-run a 53-year-old man was found dead near a Cook County forest preserve. The body of Ronald Bougan was found with trauma that fits being struck by a vehicle, a spokesman for the Cook County Sheriff's Office says. According to Bilecki, the body was found on the eastbound lanes of Touhy Avenue at the entrance to Iroquois Woods. Police are looking for information regarding the case.
In another accident, Mount Prospect police are asking for help from witnesses for the case of a 64-year-old woman dying. Zofia Wilhem, 64, was declared dead at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, the Cook County medical examiner's office says.
Wilhelm was hit by a privately owned bus, according to a Mount Prospect Police news release. The medical examiner's office found that Wilhem died from the injuries caused by the hit. A 25-year-old Chicago man who was driving the bus has been questioned, but police have not released further details.
