If you have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep because there is too much on your mind, try to take a warm bath, meditate, or listen to some soothing to relax your mind and get you in the mood for sleep.

4. Spend Time with Friends and Family

7. Practice Gratitude
Your marriage may be ending. However, there are likely many things in your life that you are grateful for. Remember to practice gratitude and realize how lucky you are to have a home, children, career, etc.
