Founded by Attorney Steven H. Mevorah in 1979, the Law Firm, with 10 lawyers, focuses on divorce, family law, personal injury, immigration, workers' compensation, and criminal and traffic cases.

Attorney Mevorah served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1973-74, received his undergraduate degree from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice, then earned his Juris Doctor from the Northern Illinois University College of Law.

What began as a one-office operation evolved and grew over time to its current scope, including locations in Lombard, Bloomingdale, and Naperville. That growth is attributable to the results Attorney Mevorah has achieved for his clients over the decades as well as his client service. He holds a 10.0 Avvo Rating for divorce and family law, has earned recognition from Elite Lawyer and Super Lawyers and has received National Association of Distinguished Counsel's Top One Percent designation.
